Kinetic Die Casting makes Automotive parts as die castings to "net shape" to save the cost of wasted materials and additional labor. Automotive parts, Car Parts or Auto parts are produced from a few hundred to thousands of parts a day. Many of the primary "tier one" automotive manufacturers have their own manufacturing plants. Kinetic Die Casting also makes aluminum die casting parts for them. Kinetic Die Casting uses a manufacturing process in which aluminum is injected, under pressure, into a hardened steel die. Dies are often water-cooled. The diecasting die is opened, and the aluminum die castings are ejected.
