Full Time or Part Time Job Available for Office Clerk 2016
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Search the internet for needed products. Review product pricing with our current suppliers. Compare pricing of products to make buying decisions. Establish vendor credit relationships. Purchase products when approved. Follow up on deliveries of products we purchase. Keep purchasing records and files on vendors. Inventory our office and safety supplies. Get prices from shipping companies. Print shipping documents and certifications. Contact shipping company to pick up and deliver or products. Follow up on deliveries. Payroll duties. Answer phone calls and take messages. Other office tasks like copying, scanning, faxing and filing. Make phone calls as needed.
Part Time or Full Time - Up to 40 hours:
- Monday through Thursday (4 days)
- 10 hours every day from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary: $12 to $15, depending on experience.
